MEDICAL certificates FOR LICENCE OF ARMS
In the Centre Medico the Prat make the Medical Certificate of aptitude for the Obtaining and renewal of his licence of Arms.
For this need that it bring his DNI in force and one photographs size carnet, if it does not have it do not concern , have photographic service.
Once it have his medical certificate, will have to hand it to the Armería or to the Civil Guard to be able to transact the renewal of his licence.

Price OF THE CERTIFICATE MEDICO: 50 €.
Schedules OF CERTIFICATIONS:
Of Monday to Thursday of 16:30 h. To 19:00 h. And Friday in the morning of 10:00 h. To 12:00 h.
